We use Bella Canvas 3001 shirts, and they are known for their quality. Also, they are extremely soft, and our customers love them. They are unisex shirts. We use Comfort Colors 1717 shirts, and they are known for their relaxed fit consisting of 100% ring-spun US cotton. Available in 58 colors. Check all available colors in our Comfort Colors 1717 color charts. They are unisex shirts We use Next Level 1533 Tank- tops, made with extra light fabric 60% combed, ring-spun cotton and 40% polyester. Also, they are comfortable and supremely lightweight.

The sizing chart is displayed in the listing pictures for your reference. They are true to size for unisex shirts. For women we recommend getting your normal women’s size if you want a relaxed fit or size up 2-3 sizes for a more oversized fit. For men we recommend going with your normal size or sizing up one size for a more relaxed fit. For Youth’s and young adults, they are true to fit, however we recommend getting your normal sizes 1-2 sizes for that relaxed fit feeling.

Our processing time is about 3-5 BUSINESS days. During THE HOLIDAYS, we may see a slight delay, please also expect USPS shipping delays as the number of orders processed are slightly more.

Regular shipping will take 1-5 BUSINESS days. Rush shipping will take 2-3 days. Overnight shipping will take 1-2 days. Please message us for the express shipping options.

We use GILDAN unisex 18000 & 18500 brands for sweatshirts, hoodies and sweaters generally customers find it true to size or a little bit large. The hoodies are known for their thick blend of cotton and polyester, The sweatshirts are also a heavy blend of cotton and polyester.

Our shop does not offer special gift wrapping or packaging currently. However, as we continue to grow our shop these features may become available later.

Our shop loads size charts for each item we sell, so please check the size charts carefully.

Yes, we do, we have a 100% happiness guarantee! If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please let us know and we will gladly give you a refund or make it right! We MUST be notified within 14 days of receipt of goods though and pay for return shipping.

Generally, there is a built-in 1hr delay for production for any last-minute changes or if mistakes were made to be corrected via messaging prior to production. However, if there's a mistake with the order, please contact us, and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible!

Please check the tracking information for the latest updates on your package's whereabouts. If there haven't been any new events after 7 days for standard shipping, or if your expedited shipping has missed the expected delivery date, please contact us. If your package is marked as delivered, but you have not located it, please check the surrounding areas and allow two business days from the "delivery date" in case the carrier is running behind. Occasionally, packages will be scanned ahead and marked "delivered" before the true delivery. Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.
